Rough Diamond will appoint a single point of contact for driving the project forward and facilitating the delivery and development to ensure the project is completed as planned according to the agreed timeframe.

As a matter of course, you will also liaise with key Rough Diamond team members including design executives, measurement specialists, organisers, and strategic implementation staff.

Our team will work as one to adjust and fine-tune the training process by using project management tools to actively oversee risk, capacity, and on time delivery in all areas. This process is managed via scheduled calls and through the sharing of enhanced project plans, updates, reviewing alteration requests and risk strategies.
